Dick and Mary Akers left Arizona a day or two early, after receiving word that their son Rick, of Wenatchee, Washington, had been taken to the hospital in a coma. They were able to spend two days with Rick, age 57, before he passed away, on May 2, 2016.
Folks here will remember Rick as the good natured, always smiling young man, who visited his folks often and endeared himself to the people of the community.
May he now rest in peace.
Funeral services were held with Jones and Jones-Betts Funeral Home o Wenatchee, on May 07, 2016.
