Would you believe it? I had not finished cutting the meat from the
carcass of the Thanksgiving turkey, and putting it on the stove to boil
for soup, when we received our first Christmas card. That can put you in
the Christmas mode in a hurry. It is not too early however, to mail your
Village Cookbooks for Christmas. They make a great gift and are easy to
ship. I buy two bubble wraps for $1.00 at the Dollar Store and ship them
BOOK RATE for about $2.00. Keep a heads up for a small typo on page 58,
Shirley Mootz' Cranberry Glazed Chicken. It should read "one half cup
onions chopped," not 12 cups. Sorry Shirley.
MERRY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL.
